Great fun with remote controlled toys
New brand look,functionality and ui / ux design of online store.

Challenge was pretty clear - improve brand image and thus increase sales and brand recognition.

DISCOVER
I started with expert and heuristic analysis current website. Research of market competitors and actual trends on market prove that the old RC-FUN-CAR website wasn’t on appropriate level. The product presentation was overwhelming. The product card was chaotic with lots of messy content. Brand was recognized only among existing clients of rc-fun-car.pl and persons close to remote controlled toys enviroment. The owner of the store had a market expansion strategy assuming participation in events where the RC FUN CAR brand would be promoted. I made also few internal tests with users to check what is the main pain in shopping process.
DEFINE
Based on expert analysis and internal tests with users I identified places where potential client could stuck, where information or product presentation was not clear and how users try to find products and spare parts.
DEVELOP
I started to create first prototypes with new information architecture and content structure. I focused on that user should be able to find in easy way remote controlled toy, check product information and place order in intuitive way. The second important features to design was section with spare parts where was important to find parts without a mistake. I made a tests on low-fidelity prototyps with few users and made some neccessary correction in design.
DELIVER
I started with design of logo. It was a big challenge. It has to connect few ideas and places of use. In sign should be RC toy with elements connected with adventure, fun, dirt etc. All this things should be place on one sign which will be use as sticker on rc toys, as brand mark on website and company documents. In next step I continued design of website. Based on low-fidelity prototype I created high-fidelity design as full functionality prototype.

WEBSITE
Redesign contain of all views and navigation. Cleaner user interface and product presentation. Product filtering improvement. Organizing the product card so that the customer can easily find the information he is interested in.
MOBILE
All views was designed esspecialy for a mobile devices - fit to small screens with as best as possible readability, accessibility and functionality.
