Wzgórza Piastowskie Singletrack
Visual identity and signage elements for singletrack trails
BACKGROUND
A non-profit community project to build forest bike trails in the Wzgórza Piastowskie in Zielona Góra. It was created in cooperation with many local MTB enthusiasts from the MTB Zielona Góra group, who spent hundreds of hours building the trails.
In addition to trail building work, I was responsible for designing all the necessary brand elements for Wzgórza Piastowskie Singletrack:
- logo
- information board
- map with trail routes and terrain elevation profile
- directional and informational signs
- preparation of materials for printing
2023 - 2024
logo
While designing the logo, I drew inspiration from nature, sports, local characteristics, and the name itself.
The logo combines the initials of "Wzgórza Piastowskie" with a symbolic outline that reflects the undulating bike trails. The line seamlessly integrates these elements, while symbolizing the loop of a cycling route. Additionally, the green color evokes associations with Zielona Góra, nature, peace, and harmony.
Information board
The comprehensive design of the information board included:
- graphic design
- development of the map and elevation profiles
- text composition
- preparation for printing
Directional and information posts
All singletracks have been marked. This required the design of directional signs indicating the trail color, as well as all informational and warning signs.

Winder flags for events organized by the MTB Zielona Góra group
Posters and social media advertising events
Flyers, social media posts, posters – encouraging people to vote for the project in the participatory budget.
