CHALLENGE

CREHLER is a first in Poland Certified Shopware Partner, software house specialised in Shopware eCommerce platform development. CREHLER decided to refresh they website, brand image and by this acquire new sales opportunities.

DISCOVER

I started with talk to stakeholders by getting to know three voices (business, market and customer).

I interviewed management of the company. Business wanted to increase sales by increase amount of potential clients. New website should build professional brand image and convinced potential customers to cooperate with.

The voice of market was pretty clear - Shopware still isn't popular on Polish market, but have big advantage with competitors like Magento - development is much cheaper - and capabilities are similar. On the market are only few Certified software houses who develop Shopware.

In Covid pandemic more and more businesses make decision go online. For many of them it was a necessity. That is a good opportunieties to engage new clients who are looking for ecommerce platform.

 

 

DEFINE

In this step I made in-depth analyse of market. I was wondering how Crehler's clients looking for company to develop online shop and where search for informations. I asked currently clients how they choose Crehler and what convinced them to work with this company.

I made also desktop reaserch of Crehler's competitors - I have checked websites and analysed they business model.

Based on research, step by step was created document with information architecture of website and content of every subpage.

 

DEVELOP

I was ready to prepare first prototype in Adobe XD for desktop and mobile. First ideas was consulted with developers team, which let to made changes before first tests. It was low fidelity prototype to check functionality and content distribution.

I prepared tests with users fits to personas. I wanted to test if information architecture and navigation is readable and whether they can find the information about Crehler's services. I also wanted to check if users know how to use contact formular with project quotation.

 

DELIVER

Previus stages let me to design new brand image. Management decided to let logo unchanged but suggested to add new key visual elements. During internal brainstorms was decided that will be rocket with astronaut. It connected with claim: "Your partner in e-commerce space".

Graphic design in the main assumptions was to be modern, clean and simple. I designed also micro animations and navigations.

Project was passed to programmers. Works was consulted during development.

 
 
 

WEBSITE

Completely new design of company's website. Updated services catalogue and projects portfolio. Added marketings elements, SEO optimisation and new CMS engine.

 
BRANDING ELEMENTS
 
Redesign also included marketing materials like catalogues, folders, rollups, business cards, fairs stands etc.
